Friendly social events, wellbeing activities and group experiences for women across South Oxfordshire.
At Blended Wellbeing, our events are designed to help you meet new people naturally, enjoy yourself, and feel part of a welcoming community.
Whether you’re new to the area, retired, or simply looking to expand your social circle, you’ll find something here for you.
We run a varied programme of relaxed, friendly activities including:
There’s no pressure to attend everything.
Come when it suits you, try different activities, and see what you enjoy most.
Many members come alone at first — and quickly feel at ease in a friendly, inclusive group.
As well as our regular community events, we offer a varied programme of special events, workshops, social evenings, days out and seasonal celebrations throughout the year.
From theatre trips, wellbeing workshops and guest speakers to wine tastings, bubbles brunches, forest bathing, daytime discos and Christmas celebrations, there is always something new to look forward to.
Our Walk & Talks and Bimbles now have their own dedicated page. These take place regularly in different locations and vary in distance, duration and pace, so please visit the page for full details.
Our complete programme of events is available to members through the Blended Wellbeing Members’ Area, with selected events also open to guests and prospective members.
New events are added regularly, so check back often or join as a member to receive updates automatically.
You’ll find us out and about in Benson, Wallingford, Didcot, Abingdon, Goring, Cholsey, Pangbourne, Blewbury, Oxford, Chalgrove, Watlington, Thame, Henley, Marlow and beyond.
Events marked with a star are ideal if you are thinking about joining Blended Wellbeing. Come along, meet our community and discover what we are all about. You will receive a very warm welcome.
Our Regular Community Events are the heart of Blended Wellbeing, giving members plenty of opportunities to connect, build friendships and enjoy life together throughout the month.
Start your month with good coffee, good food, great conversation and even better company. And if time allows, why not stay a little longer for lunch or a drink?
Join us on the first Saturday of every month for our popular Saturday Social – a relaxed and welcoming get-together where friendships are made, stories are shared and laughter comes naturally.
Hosted by Tracy, the Fonder of Blended Wellbeing, it’s the perfect opportunity to catch up with familiar faces, welcome new members and enjoy a friendly start to the weekend.
While these gatherings are often busy and full of conversation, there is plenty of space, to find a quieter corner if you prefer a more relaxed chat.
So come along, grab your favourite drink, settle in and enjoy a morning of friendship, connection and plenty of conversation.
A midweek catch-up filled with good food, great conversation and friendly faces.
Join us on the second Wednesday of each month as we meet in Wallingford for a relaxed coffee, lunch or both!
Whether you have an hour to spare or a leisurely afternoon free, Wallingford Wednesday Connections is the perfect opportunity to catch up with friends, meet new members and enjoy easy conversation in one of our favourite local ‘award winning’ pubs.
Hosted by Kaz, there’s no agenda and no pressure—just a welcoming group of women enjoying good company, plenty of laughter and, of course, something delicious to eat or drink.
Take time to slow down, enjoy the outdoors and share great conversation on one of our regular Bimbles.
Bimbles are gentle, sociable walks, currently centred around the historic village of Benson and its beautiful surrounding countryside. They are designed for those who prefer a flatter, more leisurely route, making them ideal for anyone returning to walking, building confidence or simply wanting to enjoy a relaxed stroll in great company.
Every Bimble is a Blended Wellbeing organised event, led by a designated Walk Leader who has completed the Ramblers online Walk Leadership Course. Routes are planned in advance with both enjoyment and safety in mind.
Walking is one of the simplest ways to support both your physical and mental wellbeing, and everything feels a little brighter when you’re enjoying fresh air, beautiful surroundings and a good natter along the way.
Many of our members choose to continue the conversation over a cup of tea or coffee afterwards. While you are very welcome to join them, any arrangements made after the walk are informal and between members rather than part of the organised Blended Wellbeing event.

Create something beautiful, enjoy great company and unwind at the end of the day.
Join Kaz each month for a relaxed and friendly evening of creativity, conversation and connection.
Whether you’re an experienced crafter or simply fancy trying something new, these sessions are all about enjoying the process rather than creating perfection. Each month brings a different project, giving you the opportunity to learn new skills, share ideas and spend time with like-minded women in a welcoming environment.
Creative activities are a wonderful way to relax, reduce stress and support wellbeing, and everything feels even more enjoyable when shared with good company.
Our Walk & Talks offer the perfect combination of fresh air, exercise, great conversation and discovering beautiful places across Oxfordshire…and beyond!
Whether you are looking for a gentle countryside walk, a scenic riverside route or a more challenging hike, there is something for everyone. Walks vary in distance, terrain and difficulty, giving members the opportunity to enjoy new scenery, explore hidden gems and, if they wish, challenge themselves with longer routes in safe company.
Every Walk & Talk is a Blended Wellbeing organised event, led by a designated Walk Leader who has completed the Ramblers Walk Leadership Foundations Course. While Tracy leads many of our walks, Blended Wellbeing has a growing team of qualified Walk Leaders offering a variety of walks and hikes to suit different abilities. Every route is recced in advance and planned with both enjoyment and safety in mind.
Each walk includes details of the distance, terrain, expected duration and any points of interest, helping you choose the walks that best suit your ability and interests.
