About Blended Wellbeing | Friendship & Wellbeing for Women

My story and how it all came about

I have experienced a lot of life changes that many women will recognise — moving home, living overseas for many years, divorce, becoming an empty nester, and adjusting to starting again at different stages of life.

Through all of it, I learned something important:

When you have connection and community, everything feels easier.

When you don’t, even everyday life can feel small and isolating.

Why Blended Wellbeing exists

Blended Wellbeing was created for women who want to:

  • Meet new people in a relaxed, welcoming way
  • Build genuine friendships
  • Get out more and try new things
  • Feel part of a supportive community
  • Add more joy, laughter and connection to everyday life

We are a social and wellbeing community based in Oxfordshire, offering both in-person and online events.

You will find us out and about across the county, with our activities currently centred around South Oxfordshire, including Benson, Wallingford, Didcot, Abingdon, Goring, Cholsey, Pangbourne, Blewbury, Oxford, Chalgrove, Watlington, Thame, Henley, Marlow and beyond.

This is just the beginning. As Blended Wellbeing continues to grow, our vision is to create even more opportunities for women to connect, with plans to expand into other areas of Oxfordshire and, in time, South Devon, where our Founder, Tracy, grew up.

Wellbeing at the heart

As a Certified Health Coach and Blue Zones Advocate, I’ve designed this community around one simple truth:

Social connection is essential for health and wellbeing.

It affects our mood, energy, confidence, and even long-term health.

So while we meet for coffee, walks, lunches and fun events, there is also a deeper purpose — helping women feel better in themselves, not just socially, but emotionally and physically too.

A warm welcome

Whether you are new to the area, retired, rebuilding your social life, or simply wanting more connection — you are welcome here.

I would love to meet you at an event soon, Tracy x
