Welcome to Blended Wellbeing
Blended Wellbeing (“we” or “our”), is a social and wellbeing community (the “Community”) focused on connection, friendship, support, new experiences, and improved wellbeing. Blended Wellbeing organises and coordinates Community activities and events but is not a professional activity provider, instructor, guide, therapist, healthcare provider, or travel operator.
By joining the Community, attending events, or participating in activities, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Membership is open to women aged 18 years and over.
Membership fees are payable monthly in advance and may be cancelled at any time.
Membership provides access to the Community, member communications, online and in-person events, and selected third-party events and opportunities.
Membership does not guarantee a place at every event. Places may be limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
Founder Members will retain their Founder Member rate while their membership remains continuous. If membership is cancelled and later reinstated, the Founder Member rate will no longer apply and the current membership fee will be charged.
Blended Wellbeing reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate membership where reasonably necessary, including where a member breaches these Terms & Conditions or engages in behaviour that may adversely affect the Community, its members, or its reputation.
Membership fees are paid monthly in advance . We use Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. (or another Stripe group company, as applicable) (“Stripe”) to securely process payments made through our website. By making a payment, you authorise Stripe to process your payment using your chosen payment method on our behalf. All payment transactions are encrypted and processed through Stripe’s secure payment platform. We do not have access to your full payment card details.
Payment is taken at the time your order is placed unless otherwise stated during the checkout process
If your payment is declined or reversed, we may suspend or cancel your order until payment has been successfully received.
Membership may be cancelled at any time by emailing us at the address set out in Section 18 (Contact, Complaints and Disputes).
Cancelling a Direct Debit instruction with a bank does not, by itself, constitute notice of membership cancellation or remove liability for any payments already due.
Cancellation prevents future renewals. No refunds are provided for partially used membership periods, unless otherwise required by law..
Where a membership is purchased online and applicable consumer legislation provides a statutory right to cancel, that right will apply.
If a member requests immediate access to membership benefits during any statutory cooling-off period, the member acknowledges that access to those benefits may reduce or extinguish any entitlement to a refund in accordance with applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects a member’s statutory rights.
